Key Responsibilities

System Integration:

• Integrate flight controllers, payloads, sensors, gimbals, telemetry radios, communication modules, and power systems.

• Assemble UAVs from scratch, including wiring, wire harnessing, cable routing, soldering, and component mounting.

• Configure and troubleshoot flight controllers such as Pixhawk and Cube.

• Use Mission Planner and QGroundControl for calibration, parameter configuration, mission planning, and telemetry monitoring.

• Conduct functional testing, system validation, pre-flight checks, and hardware troubleshooting.

• Use AutoCAD, CATIA, or ANSYS for component-level design work, where required.

• Support field testing, customer demonstrations, and technical documentation.

UAV Pilot

• Operate multirotor, fixed-wing, and/or VTOL UAV platforms.

• Plan and execute flight missions using Mission Planner or QGroundControl.

• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections and verify UAV readiness.

• Monitor telemetry, battery levels, GPS, communication links, and flight performance.

• Identify flight anomalies and coordinate troubleshooting with integration and testing teams.

• Support flight testing, payload validation, field trials, and customer demonstrations.

• Maintain flight logs, mission records, and operational documentation.

• Follow applicable aviation regulations, site permissions, and safety procedures.

Required Skills

• Degree or diploma in Aerospace, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline.

• Hands-on UAV assembly, integration, or testing experience preferred.

• Relevant UAV flying experience and applicable remote pilot certification, as required.

• Familiarity with ArduPilot, PX4, Mission Planner, and/or QGroundControl.

• Knowledge of flight planning, telemetry, failsafe systems, and pre-flight checks.

• Strong situational awareness, problem-solving, and flight safety practices.
